Angara Tours and travel Limited was founded in 2017 by a young entrepreneur, Mr Obedgiu Francis. He set up a professional company with the sole intention to improve the quality of tour operation in Uganda and the East African region. Over the years it has grown large enough to join the ranks of some of the leading tour operating companies in East Africa.
